MVYC yearly fees are $2200. Slip allows easy in and out access to the lake, J8 is also located on the J Dock Beach with space for picnic table and grill. Each slip has hook ups for power and water, cable TV available, great for weekend getaways. Nearby atttractions include: Bank of NH Pavillion (formerly Meadowbrook) for concerts is walking distance, as are several restaurants, nearly shopping, hiking & biking, golf, Gunstock Mt Resort, Gilford town beach and much more. This slip is rented for the 2025 season, contract honored through May1 2025. $1000 one time membership fee due at closing.
